Whilst you should receive direct contact information with your software purchase, we also maintain a database of contact details for each one, and can provide these details to you should you lose or misplace the information.
Most vendors do offer 24/7 direct support for their software, and provide excellent service. If you should find this is not the case with the vendor of your purchased title, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will assist you in any way possible.
